The University of Alabama Superintendent’s Academy had worked with the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Birmingham Division, to host workshops on sexting and cyber-bullying, as the new technologies mean such issues now cross state lines (on November 2, 2010, Dr. Richard Rice successfully completed the FBI Citizen’s Academy Program).
